This took me and my 13 year old son a weekend to put together. Not too hard, but I have a few notes:

There are a LOT of screws that the manual says must be tightened by hand or you might over-tighten them.

The manual has very little text (because all text is in several languages) so you had better be good at translating the illustrations to reality.

Some part bags had LARGE identifying letters (great) but some had really small letters and were hard to find.

It would be better if the parts were in the boxes in the order they were required. I had to dig all the way to the bottom to find the floor parts.

Some sections of the manual seem out of order. First you put the floor down, then you assemble the roof supports? Before you even have walls installed? Maybe this was to minimize the time that the walls would be free-standing.

There's no weather seal on the lower windows. I have to wait for a good rain storm to see if this will be an issue. I may caulk or window-putty them.

The roof sections butt together and any water will drip into the U-sectioned roof frames to be drained outside the wall.

The manual says the roof can only support 6 inches of snow. We're supposed to get a snowy winter this year so I might look into the roof strengthening kit.
